Online ordering is handled by our point-of-sale provider, Square. Their terms apply to transactions. For refunds or order issues, contact us within 48 hours.

Yubu can issue automatic gift card credits for missing pickup items under our standard policy (small amounts, recent orders). We reserve the right to decline credits where misuse is suspected.

We don't accept tips. Our team is paid fair wages.
